We are very satisfied with the service we received. After trying unsuccessfully to contact a couple of other businesses to have our septic tank pumped, my call to Septic Works was returned in a timely manner. While not an emergency, they made an appointment for the next day, and showed up earlier than expected. The service was performed in an exceptional manner, all of our questions were answered, and the area that was disturbed to reach the tank was restored before he left. We were given a couple of different options to resolve our issues, and will definitely use them again.
